The Rest Is AI and TRIAI are trading names of Pretium Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08970781. Registered office: 11 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4PN. Neither The Rest Is AI nor TRIAI is a separate legal entity.

We provide independent AI adoption advisory. We do not sell, build, host, or operate AI platforms on this website. Content on therestisai.io is general methodology and educational material, not a personalised engagement letter.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site — including Framework pages, the Playbook, Evidence Base, Patterns Library, Explore freezes, or Compass responses — constitutes legal, financial, tax, audit, or regulated compliance advice. You remain responsible for decisions affecting your organisation, including seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Compass and AI disclosure

Compass is a contextual guide on this site. It synthesises approved TRIAI materials and may be incomplete or incorrect. It must not be relied on as a substitute for human judgement on pricing, scope, contractual commitments, or system design for your environment. Requests that require accountability (for example formal proposals or implementation commitments) are escalated to a human conversation — by design.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site (including Compass) to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, scrape at abusive volume, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding (including The Rest Is AI / TRIAI), and methodology framing are owned by Pretium Consulting Ltd or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for internal discussion; you may not republish the Playbook or Framework materials as your own product without written permission.

Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pretium Consulting Ltd (trading as The Rest Is AI and TRIAI) is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content or Compass outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
