Pawan Arya has spent two decades inside the kind of programmes where getting it wrong isn't a slide-deck problem — Lloyds Banking Group, QBE Insurance Group, TSB Bank, the University of East Anglia — leading and recovering high-risk transformation work across portfolios of more than £150m.

The thread running through that career isn't technology for its own sake. It's the quieter craft of making decisions that survive an audit, a board challenge, or a regulator's questions — not just a demo that looked impressive on the day.

He now brings that discipline to enterprise AI adoption. Boards are being asked to move quickly on something few people in the room can independently verify. The temptation is to buy a platform and hope. Pawan's view is simpler, and harder: AI adoption needs to be engineered for accountability, not simply optimised for demonstration.

Pawan's role is Owner's Engineer. That means vendor-neutral by design. He isn't there to sell you a platform or protect an implementation margin. He's there when you need technical and strategic judgement you can defend to a board, a risk committee, an auditor, a regulator, or your own customers.

In practice that covers AI strategy and readiness, agentic use cases, governance, technical assurance, operating models, and the controls that let you move from experiment to responsible deployment without losing the plot — or the evidence trail.

Proof, not the product pitch

When implementation has to be shown, not sold.

That same insistence on accountability is why Pawan built Aadi: a Swiss-hosted, governed AI platform that shows privacy, auditability, controlled access and human oversight can be designed into agentic AI from the start.

Aadi is proof of what disciplined implementation can look like — not the default answer for TRIAI clients. If another approach serves you better, that is what he will say. The advisory relationship has no incentive to point you toward his own product.
