What we collect

Contact form and email: name, email address, organisation (optional), and the content of your message.
Compass conversations: questions and replies you exchange with Compass on this site, plus page context (which page or section you were viewing) so the guide can stay relevant.
Technical data: standard server and security logs (for example IP address, user agent, timestamps) needed to operate and protect the site.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and arrange human conversations.
To operate Compass as a contextual methodology guide on therestisai.io.
To maintain security, diagnose faults, and improve the site experience.
Where required, to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

AI disclosure — Compass

Compass is an on-site agent that synthesises approved TRIAI methodology material (Master Narrative, Playbook themes, Framework, and Evidence tiers). It is not a lawyer, accountant, auditor, or regulated adviser. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong — verify before you act.

Compass is designed with judgement boundaries: it may explain frameworks and evidence discipline; it must escalate pricing, formal scope, and build commitments to a named human. High-stakes decisions for your organisation remain with you and your accountable owners.

We do not use your Compass chats to train public foundation models. Retention of conversation logs is limited to operating the service, quality review, and security — Admin policy may shorten or anonymise retention further.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies or local storage only where needed for basic site function (for example session preferences for Compass). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on therestisai.io.

Sharing

We may use processors that host email delivery, infrastructure, or the model/API path behind Compass under contract. They process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the site and our users.

Retention and your rights

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain a professional record. Compass logs are retained only as needed for the purposes above.
