Adoption readiness is not about having the latest model or the biggest budget. It is about whether your organisation can answer a short set of hard questions with confidence. TRIAI’s Assess pillar — the first stage of the Enterprise AI Playbook — is designed to test exactly that. It asks: - Is the worker’s objective and definition of done clear? - Can we show measurable improvement in capability, capacity, speed, quality, or control? - Does the worker know what it may and may not do? - Can important outputs and actions be understood and reviewed? - Is human judgement retained at the appropriate points? - Can the organisation explain where its data goes, how the worker operates, and how activity is governed?
